Originally created for ALL WOMEN LEAD, its irregular pearl was chosen as a symbol of leadership that does not conform to a predetermined shape. Its beauty comes from its individuality, just as authentic leadership is defined by the person who carries it.
What began as an event-exclusive design joined the ROCKING VIBE collection so its message could reach beyond the event.

LEAD is a long, over-the-head necklace featuring a flattened, organically shaped baroque pearl suspended beneath a sculptural circular connector. The pearl's organic form creates a refined contrast against the contemporary ball-chain silhouette, balancing individuality with a polished, modern presence.
