Digital Community Engagement and Partnership Manager Position 

Part time with flexible hours.  

* Must have ability to commute to Komoka, ON N0L 1R0 for hybrid working arrangement (on location/work from home.)

We are seeking a talented digital community engagement/partnership manager and public relations specialist who will be responsible for expanding online brand presence and increasing visibility into new market pockets.

Develop and manage your own dream referral portfolio by working with your chosen idols, leaders of online communities, and like minded brands! 

Grow and nurture our existing programs while having the ability to develop your own ideas and initiatives.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities: 

  • Develop and manage a referral portfolio by identifying, qualifying, connecting  and building relationships with on brand referral sources (ambassadors, influencers, industry leaders, contributors, brand advocates and like minded brands).

  • Develop goals, budget, strategy, communication flow, and implementation tactics for new referral partnerships.

  • Compartmentalize/customize and effectively manage referral sources in the portfolio by implementing individual referral brand journeys enabling contribution to translate into customer acquisition.

  • Analyze KPI’s and effectiveness of implemented strategies for individual partnerships and optimize initiatives.

  • Drive digital content creation from acquired partnerships such as customer success stories, email communications, press releases, brand features, blogs, newsletters, and creative web content. 

  • Identify and propose in-house content production (blog, email, social media) to support new referral sources. 

  • Optimize customer journeys for new audiences derived from partnerships to maximize list growth and converting leads/subscribers/followers into customers. 

  • Other duties as assigned. 

Experience and skills: 

  • Strong planning, analytical and problem solving skills with high standards of excellence and attention to detail. 

  • Working knowledge and experience with e-commerce marketing strategy development and implementation and up to date with the latest trends and best practices in online marketing.

  • Experience with systems such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Asana, Slack and Google Analytics. 

  • Experience in managing acquisition/retention programs for e-commerce.

  • Completion of public relations, corporate communications, or marketing management program and passion for building strong and loyal relationships. 

  • Knowledge of SEO factors and key algorithm updates and highly developed written communication skills. 

  • Genuine interest and vision for how consumer brands acquire and retain customers, with the ability to sell their ideas. 

  • Experience managing a budget. 

  • Personal interest in fashion, growth mindset, self-empowerment, and leadership.
